Juken Nissho Limited - Kaitaia Board Mill

Commissioned in 1987 the Kaitaia board mill converts whole logs into a variety of high-value, laminated particle and strand boards for export. Horizon Technology has been a supplier of products and services to this site from the outset; from log handling control systems at one end to the cut-to-size and sanding controls at the other.

In addition to providing process control solutions and interfacing to OEM equipment on site, Horizon Technology is often involved in advising on and supply equipment and network solutions for the site as a whole.
